Each license of our software comes with software
maintenance. During your maintenance period, you can download the
latest version as well as receive assistance from our support staff.
This maintenance is renewable at any time, and is optional. Be sure to
keep a safe archive of the installation media for the version that you
purchased and are using in your software. Only the latest version is
kept on our website and only for customers with an active maintenance
We routinely release new and more functional
ClaimMaster versions with
new features and bug fixes. By buying a one-time ClaimMaster
license you get a free subscription to Software Maintenance for one (1)
full year. If you buy a renewable license, your Software
Maintenance subscription will expire with your temporary license, but
is re-activated when you renew the license. During the Software
Maintenance period you get free access to any new upgrades and bug
fixes that we
release for your product type. If you want to continue
receiving product upgrades and bug fixes after the first year for
you will need to renew your Software Maintenance subscription. Software
Maintenance can be purchased separately for each license at any time.
The period of validity of the new Software Maintenance subscription
will start from the moment the active subscription has finished.
To renew your Software Maintenance, log in to your Customer Service Portal by
clicking the button below. You can log in using your
existing license ID, invoice ID or Customer ID. Once you log in,
simply click on Renewals & Upgrades to renew your maintenance
subscription and obtain instant download access to the latest version.
