Simply run them through ClaimMaster shell wizard, insert replacement fields into the new shells, and you are all done.<\/li>\n<li><em>Many new replacement field<\/em>s &#8211; we&#8217;ve added dozens replacement fields to customize shell generation process.\u00a0 These fields allow you to embed various useful documents in the shells, and also provide better customization of summarized rejections, dates, and other information in the shells.<\/li>\n<li><em>Persistent state<\/em> &#8211; OA Analysis and Shell Generation tools now retain currently loaded information even after being closed.\u00a0This allows a user to go back and download references\/make changes to the currently loaded Office Action without having to reload it again.<\/li>\n<li><em>Editing of the identified rejections<\/em> &#8211; after the initial analysis is complete, you can modify the listing of claims\/cited art in the tree view by right-clicking on the item of interest and selecting Edit\/Remove\/Add options. The changes will be immediately reflected in the OA Text summary below.\u00a0 This lets you clean up the text summary used to be used in the shell<\/li>\n<li>Downloading of cited US patents from Google with OCRed text<\/li>\n<li>Delete extra spaces from claim sets after amendments are removed<\/li>\n<li>Many other small improvements to streamline the Office Action analysis and shell generation workflows<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Auto-complete\/suggestions of terms, acronyms, etc.\u00a0 (Pro+\/Pro\/Lite+)<\/h2>\n<p>ClaimMaster now provides you with &#8220;as-you-type&#8221; suggestions for the commonly used terms in your documents.\u00a0 If this feature is enabled, suggestions will appear after four characters are typed into the document. You can then press &#8220;Enter&#8221; to bring up a menu that lets you select from a list of suggestions for auto-completing your term name when you type. Or you can use this feature to create auto-complete entries for acronyms, legal statutes, and case cites.\u00a0 You can import terms and acronym definitions into your auto-complete text list from claims and specification, or specify it manually.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-337 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.patentclaimmaster.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/auto-complete.gif\" alt=\"auto-complete\" width=\"630\" height=\"212\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Check bibliographic data in your documents against USPTO data\u00a0 (Pro+\/Pro\/Lite+)<\/h2>\n<p>ClaimMaster now lets you verify the bibliographic data listed in your document against PAIR stored in data. This lets you avoid inadvertently listing wrong application number or other information in your Office Action correspondence, which could lead to misfiling by the USPTO and abandonment.\u00a0 When you use this tool, ClaimMaster will retrieve data for a specified application number from PAIR and compare it to the text of your document. For example, if you refer to the &#8220;control module&#8221; throughout the patent application, but in one sentence you type &#8220;control nodule.&#8221;\u00a0 The word &#8220;nodule&#8221; would not be caught by a spell checker and it could confuse the meaning of the sentence, but ClaimMaster will flag this and other out-of-ordinary spellings as possible issues.<\/p>\n<p><a
