However, the actual figure numbers between applications may be different and manually changing all part numbers associated with the figure description is a pain. Wouldn&#8217;t it be nice if you could easily store and reuse such description text blocks with part numbers automatically adjusted to match new figures?  You can then quickly build your specification using combinations of such reusable blocks.  To help with this task, ClaimMaster adds a new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.patentclaimmaster.com\/patent-application-drafting.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">patent application drafting tool<\/a> for <strong>+Drafting <\/strong>subscribers that lets you generate reusable figure description text blocks from predefined templates.  All part numbers in the generated text blocks (including rich text annotations, variables, and other fields) will be adjusted according to the specified figure number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-style-default\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.patentclaimmaster.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/figure_descriptions-2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"447\" height=\"773\" src=\"https:\/\/www.patentclaimmaster.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/figure_descriptions-2.png\" alt=\"figure description text blocks window\" class=\"wp-image-4235\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.patentclaimmaster.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/figure_descriptions-2.png 447w, https:\/\/www.patentclaimmaster.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/figure_descriptions-2-173x300.png 173w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 447px) 100vw, 447px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Note that this feature doesn&#8217;t generate new figures in PPT or Visio formats, just text descriptions. It&#8217;s very easy to create a template for a given figure description block.   Simply copy &amp; paste the text section from your open Word document into the new Description Block template.  In fact, you can pull the text of other patents directly into Word from the <a href=\"https:\/\/ppubs.uspto.gov\/pubwebapp\/static\/pages\/landing.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">USPTO <\/a>or <a href=\"https:\/\/worldwide.espacenet.com\/\">EPO <\/a>using one of our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.patentclaimmaster.com\/patent-downloading-tools.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">quick patent downloading tool<\/a>.
