Powerful\u00a0reviewing\u00a0interface<\/b> &#8211; the new reports make it significantly easier\u00a0to\u00a0review all the results of patent proofreading at once. Relying on the latest\u00a0web interface technologies,\u00a0the new HTML reports\u00a0provide enhanced\u00a0proofreading, searching, and highlighting features to assist with reviewing and analysis of your patent documents.\u00a0 Examples of these features include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dynamic antecedent basis suggestion capabilities, highlighting &amp; search options, mouse hover tooltips to make reviewing faster and more intuitive.<\/li>\n<li>Smart tables with searching, highlighting, column sorting, and printing\/CSV export<\/li>\n<li>Immediate access to specification text and figures for searching\/reviewing<\/li>\n<li>Extensive built-in help<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Secure<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; the new patent proofreading reports are still locally generated and fully stand-alone.\u00a0 In other words, you don&#8217;t need an Internet connection to generate or review them. You can also put them in a zip file that&#8217;s easy to share with clients or coworkers. Because the reports are generated locally on your computer\/network, you don&#8217;t need to upload your confidential documents into the 3rd party cloud, thus avoiding all of the unnecessary <a href=\"https:\/\/www.patentclaimmaster.com\/blog\/patent-proofreading-cloud-risks\/\">security risks<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.
