The latest models, such as <a href=\"https:\/\/openai.com\/\">OpenAI GPT-5<\/a> and especially <a href=\"https:\/\/claude.ai\/\">Anthropic Claude <\/a>do a fairly good job in analyzing Office Actions text and suggesting strategies for responding, so it makes sense to utilize these LLMs for analysis when brainstorming responses to difficult Office Actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-llm-office-action-analysis-tools\">LLM Office Action Analysis Tools<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The new Office Action Response tools let you use the configured LLM to analyze the rejections in the USPTO Office Actions.
