These documents include, for example, various downloads from the USPTO\/EPO, proofreading reports, filled-out IDS forms, and patent family trees.  In the past, some of these documents were stored in various user-configured directories or in temp folders and were occasionally hard to track, especially for the temporary documents.  Now, thanks to the dedicated document manager, you can easily find the specific document you may have created several weeks ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To start the document manager, go to <strong>Downloading Tools-&gt;Downloads\/Generated Documents Manager<\/strong>, as shown below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"295\" height=\"321\" src=\"https:\/\/www.patentclaimmaster.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/2020-04-01_12-51-31.png\" alt=\"download manager menu screenshot\" class=\"wp-image-790\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.patentclaimmaster.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/2020-04-01_12-51-31.png 295w, https:\/\/www.patentclaimmaster.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/2020-04-01_12-51-31-276x300.png 276w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 295px) 100vw, 295px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the download manager opens, you can review a list of all downloaded\/generated documents, sorted by date. You can also search by document type (e.g., PAIR Downloads, Proofreading Report, etc.) or search for the specific text in the client matter id, document name, path, or date.
