I cannot see ClaimMaster's menu in Word after installation

Solution For the ClaimMaster menu to appear in Microsoft Word, ClaimMaster template must be placed in the MS Word's STARTUP directory. If you cannot see the ClaimMaster menu in the Word toolbar (Word 2000-2003) or in ClaimMaster's own Ribbon Tab (Word 2007-2016) after installation, please see the following article for the steps needed to fix this issue .
