This is likely a permissions issue. Make sure that the installer is run first by an Administrator so that the software can be properly register itself. First, install ClaimMaster by right clicking and selecting �Run as administrator,� as shown below.

After ClaimMaster is installed, right click on WINWORD.exe (can be found by doing a windows search, as shown below) and choose �Run as administrator�. This will only need to be done once. After that you can open Word normally.
