This is likely a permissions issue. Make sure that the installer is run first by an Administrator so that the software can be properly register itself. First, install ClaimMaster by right clicking and selecting “Run as administrator,” as shown below.

After ClaimMaster is installed, right click on WINWORD.exe (can be found by doing a windows search, as shown below) and choose “Run as administrator”. This will only need to be done once. After that you can open Word normally.
