Malwarebytes blocks vbscript.dll library

Solution When Malwarebytes is configured to perform "Application Hardening" for Microsoft Office applications, it will block loading and execution of VBScript commands, which interferes with operation of ClaimMaster. To prevent this from happening, perform the following steps:
  1. Open Malwarebytes
  2. Switch to Settings->Security->Advanced Settings
  3. Under "Advanced Exploit Protection Settings", switch to "Application Hardening" tab
  4. Uncheck 'Disable loading of VBScript libraries" checkbox, as shown below. malwarebytes

  5. Save Malwarebytes settings, restart Word and try using ClaimMaster.
