Error 69 or 70 during activation

This problem usually occurs when you type in the wrong license id/password or are trying to activate one software product with a license for a different software product. For example, when you try to activate ClaimMaster Pro with a license for ClaimMaster Lite, you will get error code 69 or 70.

To resolve this problem, double check your license id/password as you enter them.  If they are correct, then you may need to install the version of the software that corresponds to your license (Lite, QA, Pro). You can get the the installer from your personal Software Locker, a link to which is provided in the purchase email, along with the license id & password.
