Error 2 or 4 during activation

If you try to activate a purchased copy of ClaiMaster and receive the following message: "Activation Failed. Code 2" (or code 4), that means that you are either not connected to the Internet or are behind a firewall that blocks certain outgoing connections/ports required to connect to the license server. This issue is quite common for users in corporate environments with strict firewall settings.

You will need to perform manual/telephone activation of your license.  The manual activation process is fairly quick and shouldn't take more than a minute.
