Fixing antecedent checking crashes
Occasionally, Microsoft Office updates or incomplete installations may interfere with ClaimMaster operation. You can resolve this issue either with using the following steps.
Launch ClaimMaster > Help > About ClaimMaster. Next, select "Reset settings to default values" button, as shown below. Then restart Word and see if the problem is resolved.
Alternatively, you can run the following script:
- C:\Program Files (x86)\ClaimMaster\install_settings_current_user.bat (64-bit Windows)
- C:\Program Files\ClaimMaster\install_settings_current_user.bat (32-bit Windows).
