Fixing antecedent checking crashes

Occasionally, Microsoft Office updates or incomplete installations may interfere with ClaimMaster operation.  You can resolve this issue either with using the following steps. 

Getting Started

Launch ClaimMaster > Help > About ClaimMaster.   Next, select "Reset settings to default values" button, as shown below.  Then restart Word and see if the problem is resolved.

Alternatively, you can run the following script:

    • C:\Program Files (x86)\ClaimMaster\install_settings_current_user.bat (64-bit Windows)
    • C:\Program Files\ClaimMaster\install_settings_current_user.bat (32-bit Windows).
