Organizing Document Map

ClaimMaster lets you quickly customize the Document Map/Navigation feature of the Microsoft Word, which displays paragraphs in the Navigation pane according to the outline/heading level of each heading.  ClaimMaster lets you insert outline levels into your document based on the headings specific to patent applications, so that you can quickly navigate the resulting outline of your document (including claims and figure descriptions) in the Navigation pane, as shown below:

    5. Specifies whether to add outline levels to beginning of each claim in the document
    6. Specifies whether to add outline levels to individual claim limitations (allows re-arranging outlined limitations/paragraphs in the Navigation pane)

    9. If enabled, this drop down menu shows the outline level that will be assigned to the figure descriptions found in the document (2 by default).
    10. Clicking this button will remove all outline levels from the document. Note that some build-in outline styles (e.g., Heading 1, Heading 2) might not be removed with this feature.
    11. Opens ClaimMaster's header configuration tool.
    12. When you press this button, ClaimMaster will outline the document based on the configured outline settings - e.g., all document headers will be set to outline level 1, while claims and figures will be set to outline level 2.  This will allow you to view the document map in the Navigation pane of Microsoft Word.
