ClaimMaster warns about template bit version mismatch

If you receive a warning about a template bit version mismatch, it means that the installed ClaimMaster template bit version (i.e., 32-bit or 64-bit) doesn't match the version of the installed Word application. Sometimes this occurs if you update Microsoft Office to a new version, which may change its bitness to 64-bit, while the installed ClaimMaster template remains a 32-bit version.  The mismatch needs to be fixed for correct ClaimMaster operation.

You can confirm which version of Word you have (32 or 64-bit) by going to Word->File->Account->About Word:

To fix the issue, you will need re-install ClaimMaster for a bit version that matches the bit version of your Word.

       1) uninstall ClaimMaster and make sure to remove the old template from the Word Startup folder (typically C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\Startup\ClaimMaster.dotm) (if it's still there)

       2) You can login to the Customer Portal and download the latest ClaimMaster installer. During re-installation, please make sure to pick the right template version version (32-bit or 64-bit), depending on the version/bitness of Word that you have installed on your computer:
