Office Action tools, Word shells, and USPTO forms

ClaimMaster provides you with a number of tools to analyze rejections in the Office Actions, generate shell Word documents (e.g., Office Action responses) based on your preconfigured templates, fill out headers of the USPTO forms with bibliographic information, and also fill out IDS forms (SB08 and 1449) with bibliographic data for cited references.  

Getting Started

To invoke these tools, perform the following steps:

• In Word 2007 or later, from the ClaimMaster Ribbon, click on the USPTO Office Actions, Shells, and Forms menu, then select the desired option.
