Boilerplate Tools
Boilerplate and auto-complete tools (Word 2007+)
ClaimMaster provides you with a quick way to store, edit, and insert boilerplate paragraphs and auto-complete (Word's AutoText) entries into your Word documents. The boilerplate sections could have specific style/font settings and even include pictures. Note that this capability is based on the Quick Parts feature available in Word 2007 or later, so it is not available for 2003/2002 versions of Word.
Getting Started
To invoke boilerplate tools, perform the following steps:
- In Word 2007 or later, from the ClaimMaster Ribbon, click on the Boilerplate menu, then select the desired option.

To insert a boilerplate entry into your document, you can use Boilerplate assistant (searchable) or pick an item from the Boilerplate Gallery (non-searchable). The selected entry will be inserted at the location of the cursor in your open Word document. Any replacement fields in the boilerplate text, such as [EXAMINERLASTNAME], will be replaced with bibliographic data, if it's available.
You can reload both boilerplate and auto-complete entries at any time via the "Reload" commands in the menu:
