What happens after I purchase a license?

Your order will be processed by Softwarekey. You will receive a confirmation email with the necessary information to login to your Customer Portal. Just follow the link from the email to download the installer, run it and activate ClaimMaster using the license id and password from the email.

Does each user need to be licensed?

Yes, each ClaimMaster user seat needs to be licensed. You can set the 'quantity' field during checkout to reflect the number of intended seats.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, the price in your shopping cart will adjust automatically based on the selected 'quantity' of seats. Discount pricing is shown below. For large orders, please contact sales.

Can I change the number of seats or the type of my license?

Can I try ClaimMaster for free?

Can I get a trial extension?

If you need more time to try out the features, just let us know and we'll extend your trial.

Can I install ClaimMaster on a server?

ClaimMaster installations on a shared server (e.g., Citrix, Windows terminal server, etc.) require separate licenses from client-based installations. If you want to use ClaimMaster in such shared environments, please contact us at support@claimmaster.com.
