Common Activation & Installation Issues
  • If your renewal doesn't automatically reset or you get "Error 46" while trying to activate ClaimMaster, please see this article on how to launch Microsoft Word "as admin" once to fix this issue.
  • If you can't see ClaimMaster in the Word ribbon after installation, please see this article on how to fix the issue.

Common Operational Questions
  • To switch reports to PDF/Word format from HTML, select "Static Table" option under "Custom Reports and Settings" (item 2 in this article) and then click "Save Options". From that point, reports will be generated in PDF or Word formats.
  • If you see "Unable to automate an instance of Internet Explorer" message when trying to use Public PAIR features, you'll need to disable Protected Mode in IE. Please see the first section of this article for the directions. You'll need to restart IE after doing so.
