ClaimMaster has a helpful feature for converting Word’s Track Changes to the USPTO amendment formatting (i.e., underline, strikethrough). We’ve also been receiving occasional requests to add a mirror feature that would converting the USPTO amendment formats to the Track Changes. We’ve now added such a capability to ClaimMaster and it works in the essentially the same way.
First, you would select the region of the document that contained the USPTO amendments:

Next, you will need to select Time-Saving Tools->Claim Amendment Tools->Convert Amendment Formatting in the Selected Text to Track Changes option:

This operation will convert any underlined or strike-through amendments in the selected text region to Track Changes:
